Your guide to the qualifications available

The course offers four potential qualifications:

- A postgraduate certificate [8 months]

- A postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law & Practice [18 months]

- An MSc in Construction Law & Practice [2 years]

- An LLM in Construction Law & Practice [2 years]

The course runs over two years. The course structure was refined last year and can be viewed from the link on the left.

Whilst it is possible to interrupt your studies after doing either the PG Cert or the PG Dip and then come back and complete your studies at a later date (though there are some time limits to this), please note that there is only one intake to the course per year, which is in September. Students studying the dissertation module are also entitled to at least 8 months extension of time.

Also available at the left are the programme and module specifications. Note also the indicative timetable and assessment schedules which provide likely dates for lectures and assessment submissions.
